This notice covers the Daily Wingman marketing site and expression-of-interest form.

What we collect

If you register interest, we collect your email address, submission timestamps and limited campaign attribution (UTM parameters). Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information to prevent abuse. We may record coarse, non-identifying site events; we do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

Why and how long

We use this information to manage pilot recruitment, send pilot-related updates, understand which outreach works and protect the service. We retain registrations while the pilot is active or until you ask us to delete yours, then remove or de-identify it subject to legal obligations.

Sharing and overseas processing

Cloudflare provides hosting, database, security and optional aggregate analytics services and may process information outside Australia. We do not sell personal information or sensitive profiles.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your registration, or unsubscribe from messages, through our contact page. This pilot notice is not a substitute for the fuller privacy policy required before product launch.
